LEMON DROP

2 oz (1/4 cup) quality vodka, try a citron vodka
3/4 oz (1 1/2tablespoons) Cointreau or triple sec
1 oz (2 tablespoons) fresh squeezed lemon juice (juice from 1/2 large lemon)
3/4 oz (1 1/2 tablespoons) simple syrup

Moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass with the juiced lemon, turn the glass upside down, twist into the lemon sugar, and set aside.
Add vodka, Cointreau (or triple sec), lemon juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds or until very cold. Strain into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.

Lemon Sugar Rim
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Zest from 1 lemon

Add sugar to a plate, then rub the zest into the sugar with your fingers until it is tinted yellow and fragrant.

ARNOLD PALMER

4 oz unsweetened tea
2 oz lemonade
2 oz bourbon whiskey
ice

Fill your cup about halfway with ice.
Measure and pour your lemonade, whiskey, and tea over the ice in the glass.
Stir and enjoy.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz cola, or to taste
1 lemon slice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, and sour mix over ice; cover and shake.
Pour cocktail into a Collins or hurricane glass; top with splash of cola for color. Garnish with a lemon slice.

WET PUSSY

1 part Vodka
1 part Gin
1 part Coconut rum
1 part Peach schnapps
1 splash Pineapple juice
1 splash Cranberry juice

In a shaking glass with ice, combine vodka, gin, coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.
Shake well and strain mix into a shot glass.

SEX ON THE BEACH

1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce peach schnapps
1/2 ounce Chambord or creme de cassis (optional)
1 1/2 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
Garnish: cocktail umbrella (optional)

Add the vodka, peach schnapps, Chambord (if using), orange juice and cranberry juice to a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a cocktail umbrella (optional).

GIGGLE JUICE

2 cup moscato
2 cup pink lemonade
2 cup Sprite
2 cup citron-vodka
2 cup sliced strawberries
1 lemon sliced into half-moons
Ice

In a large pitcher, add the moscato, pink lemonade, Sprite, citron vodka, strawberries and lemons.
Stir to combine
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Pour over ice
Garnish with fresh fruit

FAT HOOKER

1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
Orange OR pineapple juice

Shake Schnapps, vodka and rum. Pour into glass and fill with orange or pineapple juice.
